We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to perform our functions. Pulse Markets uses personal information to

Pulse Markets undertakes not to trade, rent or sell your personal information. Pulse Markets may disclose your personal information to the following
- to related companies of Pulse Markets for the purpose of marketing new investment opportunities to you
- to execution platform providers and clearing participant members of the Australian Stock Exchange and overseas exchanges to execute and clear transactions on your behalf
- to our bank, when depositing funds to your account
- to outsourcing organisations contracted by Pulse Markets to provide administrative functions on our behalf, for example IT contractors
- providing maintenance of our data systems
- when compelled by law or statute, to certain government or regulatory bodies or to law enforcement agencies with appropriate authority;
- if necessary, our professional advisers including our lawyers and auditors
- your duly authorised representatives, such as under Power of Attorney, legal representatives or accountants
How Do We Keep This Information Secure?
Pulse Markets endeavours to take all reasonable steps to keep any information we hold about our clients secure. We manage your information in accordance with the law and National Privacy Principles.
Your Rights
Naturally, you have the right not to provide us with any of the information we request when you apply for any of our services. However, we only require the minimal information necessary to provide you with the service or client agreement you seek and your decision to withhold personal information may prevent us from providing that service or client agreement to you.
